Currently, TFL is processing our application for a Private Hire Operator Licence. Once we are granted a Private Hire Operator Licence successfully by the licensing officer, then we will start to accept private hire booking in accordance with the rules and regulations set out by TFL.
After that, we also aim to register ourselves with the local councils as an operator through their business portal to provide our Home to School transport service to SEN (special Education Children), and to young and mature persons with their health issues, and spectrum disorder individuals or to those who need wheelchair accessible vehicle for their commuting to our surrounding places around greater London. To fulfil our cause, we will encourage our staff to join Passenger Assistant short training courses held by the Council so that they become a PA.
After completing the training course, our staff will be able to work as a PA (escort) with our clients for their peace of mind and safer journey. The role of the passenger assistant is a very crucial part in providing a safe atmosphere for the children and the crew that travel in the vehicles.
It is also included in our goal to make sure all our drivers always keep their vehicles clean and well-maintained during travel.
To do so, we will provide our clients with saloon cars, Estates, Executive vehicles and an active fleet of MPV minicabs available (6 / 7 / 8 Seaters) and wheelchair accessible vehicles. We always ensure that 100 % compliances are met in this regard.
In addition to the above, we will provide our transport service to our clients for Local and long-distance mini-cab services, Airport Transfers, and Day Trips.
